Eighteen years ago, Mei Seballos embarked on her journey in the BPO industry, starting as a customer service agent for HSBC. Over the years, Mei's unwavering dedication and exceptional skills propelled her through various roles in prestigious companies, gradually ascending the professional ladder. It was during this ascent that Mei crossed paths with the CEO and CFO of Swann Communications.

Recognizing Mei's leadership prowess, they entrusted her to pioneer Swann's contact support in the Philippines. With a resilient and hardworking team under Mei's guidance, they not only met but exceeded expectations, successfully scaling Swann's support services in the Philippines. Mei's success story stands as a testament to her commitment to excellence and the transformative impact one leader can have on an entire industry.
